Pizza Review
Margherita-The sauce (crushed tomatoes they call it) is amazing. Homemade mozzarella is great. Maybe not enough of it. Crust is super thin and crispy. A little more charred than I’d like most of my pizzas but this is a wood fired Neapolitan style and works well for this pizza. If you don’t get a peanut butter ball thing covered in chocolate from bakery section you’re not doing it right.
