Ambrogio15 Little Italy

The taste wasn’t bad. I’ve had way better and way worse. Looked plain but it wasn’t bad. Funny they have a sign “voted San Diego’s best pizza”. Definitely not.

No crunch. Not a ton of flavor. Not terrible but expected a lot better.

Had to get a covid test because I’d thought I lost my sense of taste. Nope - just bland pizza. Would be a 1.1 but they do use a good quality flour for the crust.

Not bad

Alright Frankie ambrogio15, great flavor, good crisp of the crust, minimal flop, the sauce has a strong tomato flavor. 7.2 that’s a review.

One word. Fresh. Thin crust. Not a filling pie but very tasty and fresh.

Crust was only saving grace, runny sauce, clumps of cheese, and did I mention expensive?

Crust was a bit hard, sauce was nice, and cheese didn’t have much flavor.

Average neopolitan. Bonus points for a crispy crust

Good pizza but the crust stinks

Extra points for the burrata ball and prosciutto which were great. Too thin, too crunchy all the way through. Not in the style of NY’s great slices. Ingredients overall ok, nothing special. Around a 5.6 without the extras

Milan style, very thin. Sauce is fresh with a mild acidity and a subtle sweetness but lacking flavor. Cheese was very fresh and helped mask the lack of flavor in the sauce and added a light saltiness.

Good ingredients but it’s a damn shame they need to step up their crust game

Not bad. Little too much flop. Sauce and crust good, salami was ok.

Light pizza, crispy crust. Look past the fact it’s in the Little Italy “food court”. A bit pricey for what you’re getting but taste wise it’s no slouch.
