Sauce is on point. They use Chris Bianco tomatoes. Pecorino crust is tasty and different. Crust was chewier than I prefer, but the overall pie was very good. I did really enjoy the sauce. It’s quality

Excellent overall pizza, worth going out of your way to try. The dough was very crisp, and had a great taste. Great sauce and unique in the fact they use shredded cheese as well as brick cheese, just a little light on all 3 in my opinion. The pepperoni were sprinkled on rather than spread out, so the pieces stacked together and it was a bit heavy.

Sauce needs a little more kick. The half moon pecorino leaves an almost plastic taste. Overall very good pie with a few pointers.

New York style pie, reminds me of L’industrie. Hands down best pizza in Michigan.
