Amelia's Brooklyn Pizza

While the flavor was good, the execution was pretty far off. On the reheat, the top of the cheese was cooked “well” and the undercarriage stayed limp and somewhat soggy. If this was more crispy throughout, I could see this possibly creep into the 6’s.

All good but the toppings not cooked well because pizza slices reheated, not cooked to order.

Pizza is dry. Could use more garlic butter

This post is to set the record straight with the new owners. Very nice people but they totally changed the style of pizza when they took over. I had a rating of 8.9, which would be the highest rating out there in the county, but just to not hurt my reputation I changed it to a 7.1. ( picture is of the old masterpiece that once was😢)

Flop but a good flavor from the cheese and sauce. Not the best crust but it gets the job done.

Cheese to sauce ratio is off. Lot of grease, very floppy. First bite was good thought I was gonna be impressed. But ended up getting old and bland midway through second slice.

As Biggie Smalls would say “ I love it when you call me square pizza”. This Brooklyn square packs a punch of flavor. Sauce is sweet and tangy. Slice is layered with a thin coating of cheese covered in sauce and topped with more cheese. I was very surprised from the first bite. The Bronx Bombers would be proud.
