Score is for the square slice. The sourdough crust here is fantastic. Baked to perfection. It is a bit denser and can be heavy on the cheese but this is definitely a slice worth trying. The regular cheese I’d score a 7.6. Again the sourdough made the crust firm when holding it and had the right amount of crisp I did feel the regular got a bit dried out on reheating but still a good slice overall.
