Amici Brick Oven Pizza

Great flavor, not too much grease, slight flop, great bacon. I think the delivery driver screwed em by taking so long, if this got here 30 minutes ago we’re talking 7.7-7.8 territory

Overall not bad. The pizza has a little too much flop and the cheese was running. But the sauce was good and had a fresh flavor. Super good service. I would come back for sure.

I gave this a 7.2 on individual slices, I don’t think it was quite that good

Having a bit of medical issues at the moment and the doctor has told me to go gluten free while waiting for a diagnosis. My first thought was “wow ill never be able to eat pizza again.” Searched around the web and found this gluten free vodka pie. Wasn’t expecting anything but wow… it was better than most regular pies ive ever had. Not saying all gluten pies are gonna be good because i know they wont but i was very impressed with how perfect this pizza was. If i have to go gluten free forever this will be my go-to

Great flavored sauce and fresh ingredients, solid fresh dough, but the mixed tomatoes diced in the sauce throws it off and could be crispier, fresh ingredients, mix between neopolitan and restaurant style pizza, fancy but the flavor brings it to this point

Little floppy crust could have been more crisp otherwise a good choice! Cheese to sauce ratio was on point

Got fresh mozz instead of shredded
