Amici Pizza

I’ve ate at Amici pizza about 5 times now. The first 3 times were incredible. The last time I got it was a complete disappointment. Floppy, wet, gross, undercooked Bs. I decided to give them another chance and they disappointed me again. Genuinely the most disappointing thing because I live just down the street and I love a good pie. Idk what happened to their pizza.

This review is for the vodka pie. Ingredients and dough are fantastic. Overall really good. A little doughy but being from Buffalo NY, I don’t mind. I’ll be back to try a regular cheese pie

First pie was burnt pretty bad. They replaced for free, next was floppy. Seemed like almost no sauce on either pie.

Horrible Pizza. I ordered it well done, it wasn’t. Big time flop , weak undercarriage. Cheese wasn’t that good of quality. Crust was ok. Very little sauce on it.

Great pizza but if you plan to sit and eat, be ready to wait at least 30 minutes

As a pizza enthusiast and former Newyorker this is my favorite pizza I’ve had in the east valley. Their sauce is on point and their sicilian pizza is nice and thick

Perfection in one picture

Crust was pretty good NY style and the toppings were fresh on the non-cheese slice. I usually prefer cheese only but the cheese they used had a non-traditional hint to it, and was overall needing something else-maybe salt cause I had to put part on it. Another no-no. For cheese, ranks as so-so. Kinda surprised based on the crust it didn’t end up better.

Good crust crunch. Pizza and sauce don’t have much flavor.

Got some flop toppings fall right off good though a bit chewy not the best pie but not the worst either
