Amici Pizza

First slice I had I was like this is high 7s. But as i kept having more slices, I realized that this is basic pizza. The sauce had too much oregano. Good basic pizza. Nothing special. If you had your boys over and ordered from them, they won’t come back to your house for a year.

Fresh mozzarella pie is on point

Ok this place and oven is real deal first off with some corn meal to boot. The underside of this crust was a dark leaopard patterned heaven that had a heavy crunch all the way through and it’s a super light slice with pocketing in the thin dough. The cheese was really flavorful with a faint touch of salt boosting the taste and a small faint amount of grease from the well done reheat. Sauce was good but as I housed it’s so fast was hard to remember. Margarita has even more flavor almost a pesto feel and thick sauce which I like and is why I went for it. Specialty slices, Strombolis and calzones also looked real good and fresh.
