Flavor was nice. Not much crisp except right on the edge of the crust, and had a lot of flop. It was also very chewy. Not my favorite, but also not the worst. Still a decent football pizza.

Crust and Dough is Very good. Sauce is non existent. Cheese is nothing special. Overall it’s not a bad pie but I wouldn’t go out of your way for a basic 7.3 pepperoni
