Amore Pizza Scarsdale

Huge slice, flavor is there but absolutely awful undercarriage and flop (pizza was about to split in half) and extremely greasy.

Average large football slice. It’s a big slice, with a lot of flop and grease. Still a solid slice.

When the moon hits your eye, like a big a pizza pie, that's Amore. Now since I got that Dean Martin song stuck in my head, here's the review. Pros: the cheese is nice and buttery, the slice is nice and thin, and everything is nicely seasoned Cons: extreme flop in the first bite, the crust although crisp is bland and its stingy on sauce, which sucks because the sauce was good! Verdict: this pizza is good after a few glasses of wine!

Big slices. Great crunch. Tad greasy. Nice taste. Zero flop. Football all the way. Kinda light.

Pros: Good sauce at the coastline, not a lot of flop, nicely browned crispy crust Cons: Sauce to cheese ratio is a little imbalanced in favor of cheese. I'm a sauce guy. Verdict: Nice hints of seasoning in the sauce, wish there was a little more of it. Good, standard Westchester pizza, which will always land in the 7s unless something goes off the rails. Pretty decent football pizza though.

Pretty good slice. Not much Greece, good sauce and the cheese has a nice taste. A bit of flop, but nothing to cry over. Solid slice

Slice was ok. Wife said it tastes like pizza from a 1980s roller skating rink. She’s not exactly wrong, but I kind of liked it. Good tasting cheese. Not too greasy. Not bad crust. Didn’t love the sauce. Eggplant roll is a 7.4.

Nice crunch. Great slice, a little weak on the sauce but I’m not bitching. The white slice is good to.

Solid pizza. Slice had some flop and grease, but crust had a good crisp and there was a good balance of cheese and sauce. Cheese and sauce had a good sweet taste. Good football pizza.
