Ok Frankie…Amore typically cranks out what I believe Dave would call “Football” pizza’s. They use thin crust here and the undercarriage is cooked brown but not crispy dark. It’s semi-firm, meaning the last half is firm and the crust does have good crisp. They don’t have a brick or wood fired oven but they do pretty good with what they use. Friendly fella and his wife have ran the place for years. One think that makes up for the lack of crisp throughout is the great tasting mozzarella they use. It’s really high quality. I tried to score it as you would a typical football pizza. Enjoy!
