Finally a decent pizza in this town. Dough is well seasoned, thin but not too thin, cook is perfect, crispy and light. No yeasty aftertaste. Cheese to sauce ratio is good. The sauce however is cooked. I prefer a raw pizza sauce. It’s heavily seasoned with garlic and Parmesan, which again isn’t my preference. Tastes more like a pasta marinara sauce than a pizza sauce. But that’s just nit picking. It’s a solid pie.
