Anchorage Cider House | Fat Ptarmigan

I’ve had 3 different slices in anchorage and this is the best one I’ve had. Not outstanding but I’d definitely get it again

GF pepperoni Perfect undercarriage on an otherwise sorry crust. Bad factory-type gluten free product. Very sauce and pepperoni, nice cheese. Prepared perfectly but needs better crust.

Ok, this pizza sucks and sucks BADLY. The crust on my pepperoni pie was thin and crackery, it had a quarter sized hole on the bottom of it and is cut into rectangular slices. The taste wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t that good either.

Really good crisp and wood fired taste. The cheese had much better flavor than pepperoni. This is a cheese score.

It’s not football pizza or fancy pizza. Not sure. Kinda chewy.
