Andolini's Pizzeria Sliced Blue Dome

Saw Andolini’s advertising “San Marzano tomatoes” and “house-made mozzarella,” so had to give it a try on a business trip. What I got: sadly a doughy undercarriage, the sauce was cooked-down and sweet. The mozzarella was average. The basil was fresh. It’s edible, but it’s not a true Neapolitano Margherita, it’s better than average American pizza wearing the colors of the Italian flag.

Slices were decent. The NY slice was just okay. It was reheated so cheese was a hair too tough as fresh slice could have been. The Romana Combination was the same, lots of potential but reheated slices. I think a fresh pie would be best if you’re not in a hurry.

It was just pizza, lack of sauce made it dry, no crunch, note it was a reheat… I ordered 2 but only actually ate 1 slice. Sorry building was cool and Gelato was good.

Great taste. A hair bit more crisp could've moved it up to an 8. Slightly too greasy but manageable.

It’s floppy for sure, but the spices and flavors that hit your moth make it way better than youd think

Light and fluffy. Cheese is good! Can’t really taste the sauce too much and not really my personal style of pizza but still good!

Good pizza nothing special, very greasy. The big perk is that the gelato they serve is good. I got the traditional pie didn’t like the deep dish. Deep dish was a 6.8

If you follow me, you know it's only the Pepperoni I rate. Flop, but very tasty. Great cheese to sauce ratio. The sauce was great. But, it lacked a crisp crust. A minute or two longer in the oven would have helped. The rim had a nice doughy texture. Overall, could be better, but was pretty dang good.

For a 20” pizza and garlic knots was $60 definitely not worth the price had better pizza at a fair

Very good football pizza. Cheese had nice pull.crust was crunch with little chew. Undercarriage had nice color but could have been more crisp. Slight flop, but the slice was huge

This is a review of STG Pizza not Andolini’s. I only visit this location because they serve this style pizza and have the wood burning oven shipped over from Italy. I love this pizza. To date it is my favorite pizza I have ever had. The Margarita and Americana (pictured) are my go to. It is only available at this location because this is the original STG Pizza location before bought out by Andolini’s. You will not regret trying it.

Tried a bunch of different slices. Just a floppy New York style slice with tons of grease and decent flavor. It is way over priced but it’s a novelty in Tulsa so that’s probably why. Customer service was horrible just FYI not at all how a slice place should run. Actually it’s backwards haha.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Dry bread. Too much rubbery cheese.

Good slice and got the job done. Nothing too memorable. Only a little bit of sauce and decent cheese.

A little too greasey. Solid flavor, sausage cooked well, cheese is great.

lotta grease and flop, had the NYC cheese as well, about the same. Cheap at 4.50 a slice tho
