Wow. Ok. First look assumption was too much cheese. But no, it's good cheese. No seize on it at all. It all stays on the slices and not chewy. Crust is crispy and flavorful. The amount of tangy sauce helps the crust stay crisp. Sauce was good. Deep flavor of garlic and herbs and is thick enough to hold up to the cheese and if you were to have toppings. This is a great pie.
