Andrew Bellucci's Pizzeria

First off, Rest in Peace, Andrew Bellucci. Yes, this is a baby slice from the One Bite Fest. Trust me, if you want to eat at 35+ plus not including desert spots, you want the baby slices. Got a nice saucy "upside down" slice. That's his plain slice. Sauce is more neutral that sweet or acidic and a thinner consistence. Slices of low moisture mozzarella on the bottom that stays white underneath the sauce somehow. It's a good slice that's different in it's construction but not amazingly standout in it's flavor or crust. Just a bit better than average and well executed in a couple ways, like the sauce placement and better than average not chewy but crispy crust.
