The burrata margherita is one of the best slices in the dmv. Crunchy without being burnt, light without being too thin. Nice, flavorful sauce that they put slightly too much of. I would like more fresh mozzarella but the burrata makes it not matter. It has this indescribable and unique crunch, as if they put olive oil or butter on the bottom. Great flavor balance.
