Andy's Pizza NOMA

Ok…so this is a hidden gem. Just putting this out there, this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Perfect crust, sauce, flop, crisp. Regular pepperoni….best pizza I’ve ever had. That is all.

Very good solid slice, NY style reminiscent. Probably best slice in DC

Location by Nats Park. Pretty well done. Sauce a little bland. Thinner style. Could see this being high 7s or low 8s if fresh pie

Apologies for the late in the game picture… good taste, top crust is very good, but the dough is super chewy and greasy. Solid but a few more mins in over and a more solid crust could get it into the 7s.

Pretty average. Nothing really else to say. Kinda tasted like it’s been sitting out awhile, oh well

Nice balance of crisp and soft. A little saucy but overall great slice

My first review in D.C. which from my point of view seems like a food desert in terms of pizza. Andy’s was a good place to start, crust was chewy yet crisp in all the right ways, sauce was solid and adding oregano, basil and red pepper myself almost made it taste like Joe’s from New York, cheese was a bit lacking, but overall flavor was good and its a step or two above basic football pizza.

Crispy flakey crust, real solid sauce. Decent tang

Sauce and crust are good expected a bit more of a crunch, but overall very good pizza.
