Total experience comes in at a 7.3. The plain cheese was just a little thick and heavy for my liking. Too much cheese and sauce. Little too greasy. Sauce was tasty though. It was a chunkier tomato sauce. I’d rate the plain slice a rookie score of 7.0. The Cajun Chicken Ranchero was different. Has pieces of chicken, bacon crumbles, green onion, diced tomatoes, and ranch dressing on it. 7.1 on that. The Sicilian is there best slice. Dough is light and airy with a buttery crispy bottom. 7.5 on that. The White Sicilian was unique. Don’t see many specialty Sicilian slices in the capital region. It was good, 7.2. My friend that was with me loved it, he’d probably give it a 10 because he’s a complete moron. Overal very cool vibe to this Italian Eatery. Looks like it’s been there for quite some time.
