Angelina's Apizza Meriden

Good amount of charring from the wood oven.

One bite.......everyone knows the rules . Eggplant and hot cherry peppers. I told them to cook it well done....they did. Not much flop, great crisp (obviously), ingredients and flavor coulda been better.... 7.4, only bc we're in CT and not NY. In NY this would be a 6.4

Word of advice. Do NOT be scared off by the word deli being in the name of this place. This pizza is fantastic. There’s some flop and a little grease, but the taste in the wood fired oven can’t be beat. Some of my favorite pizza in CT, even when stacked up against new haven

Fantastic New Haven style brick oven apizza. Sauce and cheese very distinct. Crust crunchy and chewy with the right amount of charr. Best pizza in Meriden hands down. Definitely would recommend.
