Eye test- cute
Execution- taste is solid but the edge is too crispy and middle is to soft, thus, baking process is not perfected
Sauce, touch of sweet, a bit above average. No spices but seems fresh
Cheese- neutral, fresh, a bit too much but combined with sauce it created a solid taste combo
Dough- weak link. No taste and either too crunchy or too soft

I know artisan pizza. This is not travel worthy. However, hard to argue with quality ingredients and a pretty solid taste. Crust a very weak link
For the record, avoided toppings to rate this. A slice was void of toppings that I attacked. Enjoyed this, but it’s nothing special
