Cheese- doesn’t jump out, neutral Sauce- very nice, not sweet, good flavor, way above average, absolutely jumps out as unusually good Dough- very thin taste not outstanding Overall- fantastic Ratio- perfect Execution- amazing Overall taste amazing it all comes together Bob Boone said, “We needed Pete Rose for his attitude. His skill was a bonus.” This isn’t on the level of Rose or Schmidt, but easily as good as Trillo, McBride and Maddox. Killer!

The Thinny Thin is some of Caldwell’s finest

Really good bar pie. Went with the regular thin crust instead of the thinny thin. Cracker crunch crust in every bite with a hearty sauce and good bubbly burnt cheese.

Excellent. Thought the sauce could use a bit more pop but would drive far to come back!
