The Thinny Thin is some of Caldwell’s finest

Really good bar pie. Went with the regular thin crust instead of the thinny thin. Cracker crunch crust in every bite with a hearty sauce and good bubbly burnt cheese.

Excellent. Thought the sauce could use a bit more pop but would drive far to come back!

Excellent thin pizza. Sauce has great tang. Cheese is a little greasy but in a good way.

I got the thinny thin. It’s overrated. Tony Ds is your better bet for Caldwell pizza

Ordered a thinny thin and a thin crust. Thinny thin is 8.2 and thin is 8.4. Both slices were very good. The cheese had a good kick and the sauce was my favorite part. It was nice and sweet.

TBH I really didn’t have high expectations for this place. Was expecting to be like Ralph’s in Nutley which was very overrated. Boy was I wrong, like REALLY wrong. Great coastlines, abundant amount of sauce (which had great flavors), great oils, tasty cheese, dough was flavorful, and zero flop. They make it known of Portnoy’s review here and had a confidence about their product. I would be just as cocky if it was my place. Not a bar pie guy but this was the best bar pie I’ve ever had!!! Almost walked back in to get there thinny thin pie. Worth the travel and lucky I had a wedding so I was close enough to stop in 💯💯💯!!!
