Thin crust, crispy. Not bad, little flop, crispy crust, would probably go thick crust next time. Not bad, not my favorite.

Pizza came out suspiciously fast, but looked good with burnt edges. Dug into it to find it was only luke warm. The dough tasted and had the consistency of pre-made. Our only conclusion is that we got someone else’s mess up that was reheated or all of their crusts(with cheese baked in) are made ahead of time.

I was very excited to give this place a try when I was craving pizza one night after work, however, I was left extremely disappointed. I ordered a plain pizza from here and when I opened the box I was in shock at what I saw (see picture). I understand that this style is a bit different from traditional pizza (I.e Frank Pepe's - which is also coal fired). It seems that the ingredients are not fresh at all. The ingredients are similar to your local dominos, with a thinner crust, cooked in a coal fired oven. I think this place needs some work. The coal fired oven is awesome, but when you're using low quality ingredients, it's a complete waste and a disgrace to pizza. 3.2/10.
