This is a solid slice. The Cheese wasn’t greasy at all and had a really good buttery flavor. The sauce has a nice balance of flavor and acidity. The crust was very good consistent thinness all the way to the edge with a cracker like crunch.

Cheat day is pizza day! Angelos Pizza in Wyoming, PA. The whole family is from Italy but I can’t remember if they came through Brooklyn or Philly. Regardless, it’s my favorite in the area. Little grease, not much flop at all, crispy crust. Delicious.

Good Crisp adequate sauce and cheese.
