One bite, everyone knows the rules in Humboldt. THIS ISN’T PIZZA! Sure, it has all the main ingredients of a pizza: cheese, sauce and dough. However , if all three of these ingredients were an 80s rock band that stop touring and only free based meth...that’s the pizza here.

So Angelo's is now Brett's, and while Angelo's was nothing to brag about, this place is significantly worse in my opinion. I got both the classic hand tossed and deep dish, the hand tossed was slightly better than the deep dish but neither were good. Hand tossed had absolutely 0 crisp, very thick, very doughy. Deep dish was a chewey dough brick, I couldn't just bite through it I had to tear each bite off because it was so rubbery. Sauce is incredibly sweet, maybe you are into that but it's not my thing.
