Angelos Pizza

The reviews that picture respectable looking pizza are for Angelos in south Philly… totally unrelated to this location. This place is terrible.. cold, rude, not worth it

Small hole in the wall panadería / pizzeria. Sauce was tangy complex … bar pizza 🔥

Incredible taste. Could’ve been a tad thinner and cooked slightly longer to give it a better crisp. But, overall a solid pie

No slices here...so a small pie for $5 isn’t too bad....but, my god...a GREASY bomb of a pie. I have to subtract substantial points for it. Anyways, the pie had a bit of a Greek feel to it.. decent sauce and the crust was good. This particular area of the Northeast has 2 of my favorite spots...so I’d say skip Angelos and opt for Pizza Roma or Ernie’s. That’s a review.
