Definitely go with the New York style. Crisp bite. Nice undercarriage. Good taste. Thick cheese. Tad greasy. Loses heat quickly, so eat up.

10 inch Pan Pizza. Homemade Crust. Good bite. No flop. Sauce has good tang. Not too greasy. Very Solid Pie!

Pizza came out piping hot, so to be fair it actually improved as it cooled down. This place is know for “The Godfather” and I of course ordered up a gold medal slice.
