Angelo's Pizzeria

I’m not sure anyone beats Angelos when it comes to Saint Louis style pizza. Toppings always fresh as can be. Speaking of toppings the double pepperoni seems to almost be a 4x pepperoni which is a plus. I order my pizzas well done and these guys cook it to literal perfection every time. And the crust when cooked perfectly is the best tasing around. Customer service is awesome, the owner and hostess know me by name. Live 30 minutes or so away and I make frequent trips here. (Twice a month, if not more)

The north county parlors make very similar pizza. Cookie sheet pizza, crisp crust, sweet sauce, creamy provel. Angelos is awesome, love the atmosphere inside, wish we had places like this on the south side. One of St. Louis best

I’m not sure how to describe this pizza. It’s rectangular and a thickish version of a thin crust pizza. I didn’t really even notice a pizza sauce. The pizza has gooey cheese and was loaded with toppings. Loaded! Edges had a little crisp to them but not a super crispy crunch. It is a very small pizza shop. Maybe 10 tables on the inside. The staff was very nice to us and we got to meet the owner. All that being said the pizza was pretty good. Worth trying due to the uniqueness. I’m going 7.3.
