Waited an hour 20 in 30* F weather for a plain cheese. The good: when hot it had great cheese flavor and a bit of Parmesan on it kicks it up. Every bite you can smell the basil and the crust is crisp and thin. Light sauce is perfect no sogginess. The bad: would I wait an hour 20 for another plain cheese in late Jan? No. It’s definitely one of the best cheese pizzas I’ve had. Great pizza very delicious but not mind blowing good.
