Haven’t had much Philly pizza but this has to be best of the best they have to offer. Really cool set up they have with a tiny authentic kitchen that they churn out pies in for people waiting on the street. Pizza itself was very tasty but would have liked a bit more sauce bc it was very good. The crust was also the best part not too hard with a perfect crunch. Only other knock is that it burnt the roof of my mouth on first bite, but I fought through to eat another slice despite that uncomfortable feeling. It was that good.
