It’s so busy there (35 min wait) that I don’t think they can maintain 9.1 on every pie. My pizza had uneven sauce so some slices had almost none. For Philadelphia this is one of the best around and worth the wait.

Unbelievable hype surrounding this pie. Unbelievable disappointment. I don’t even remember tasting sauce to be honest. Overcooked cheese city. I guess the texture overall was nice and crispy. Now, for full transparency, I didn’t have it fresh out of the oven; it had to travel a little bit, but still—the flavors should have still jumped out at me if this was really as good as everyone says it is. Cheesesteak was elite though.
