Angiollo's Wood Fired Apizza

Don’t sleep on Angiollo’s. They consistently delivery a perfectly cooked pie that lands somewhere between a Neapolitan and a traditional New Haven Apizza. Super thin, crushable, good char, and delicious! You’ll see a little flop on the heavier toppings but none on a cheese or single topping. My new local favorite.

One of the best pies around!! I grew up on New Haven apizza when it was at its best, so I know what a good pie is. The flavor on this pie, the crust, the undercarriage, it’s all spectacular. We almost always order our pies well done cause we really enjoy the crust to be a tad charred, and it really compliments the rest of the pie here. Don’t sleep on this place, go give it a try!!
