OK kids, quarantine review time once again. This time on my way out of the finger Lakes. Where in Corning New York. Aniello’s Pizza. This place was packed to the gills. I’ve heard about it up in the finger Lakes because everyone was saying if you want to try real pizza that’s close to what you’re used to in New York City then come here. So here I am. I have to say throughout my reviews and the finger lakes I was highly disappointed. I know it’s not New York City but come on guys step your game up. I have to say this place did just that. other than burning my absolute face off it was one not to be missed. I was shocked and impressed. If you look at any of my reviews although I may try another slice just like Prez I only review the cheese slice. Just keeping it real. Maybe I just got lucky but I got a nice crisp slice, no flop, no grease, but unbelievably hot. Nice and well done just like I like it even the cheese got that little brown on the top. Real good flavor of the cheese my biggest knock would be the sauce. Aside from What burn my face off there could’ve been a little bit more. What shocked me the most was the Dough, it had a nice buttery almost cracker like taste on the bottom similar to Federici‘s in freehold New Jersey but definitely a thicker slice. I’ll be back (terminator voice) 8.4 that’s the review.... bonus time......The buffalo slice I had was the best buffalo slice I’ve ever had hands-down. That shocked me as well. Maybe it’s because I’m closer to Buffalo LOL

Not the best in the southern tier. Good pie blue cheese on it SMACKS your tits off. Recommended

Cheese is a lil different but the base was good and lil flop. Low on the grease.

Lots of grease, mild flop. Great taste. Not a NY pizza guy but this great. My favorite NY slice thus far

Just like old Mr. Aniello used to always say “if you don’t like my pizza, bafangool!”

Best. Pizza. Ever. The cheese is unlike any one elses, the crust has the perfect crunch and the sauce has enough tang to tie it all together.

Consistently soft doughy crust. Very flavorful red sauce with a hint of spice. Could eat a whole pie for sure.

I’ve had pizza all over and nothing has compared to Aniello’s. Fresh sauce and cheese with perfect crust. The Pres needs to come here. Best pizza in NY and anywhere else as far as I’m concerned. Only place I would ever leave a perfect 10.

Great flavor with a nice NY flop. A little doughy though. 3 more minutes in the oven and it would have been perfect

Better then last time. Great flavor but still a little greasy.

Slightly crispy, a little NY flop action going on, not a lot of tang in the sauce.

Huge slices and a nice crunch. I love my pizza crispy and this has the crisp without asking for well done. Definitely a spot to stop by if you in town.

Solid slice! Perfect temp, no drip on the cheese, nice crunch. Just a little greasy, and could be a little more flavorful, but overall not bad and would get again!

For me, this is my favorite pizza. The one thing I do is just blot up a lot of the excess grease that is on the pizza, and that changes the experience. The sauce isn’t overly sweet or dull the crust is usually baked perfectly, soft on top and crispy on bottom. The outer crust gives a decent amount of crunch. The cheese doesn’t taste overwhelmingly powerful(I personally like that) and their toppings are pretty good. I usually get pepperoni and meatball, and both are really good. Additionally, the prices are pretty good and their other menu items are worth a trip inside.
