Anna's Brick Oven Pizza

Very nice slice, crispy good cheese but needs more seasoning in the sauce!!!!!!! It’s a pretty bland slice.

Double slice review Round was doughy and needed some flavor and a fee more minutes in the oven 5.5 The square was a great experience and was the star of the afternoon very well done under carriage and tasty to the last bite You should give them a try and enjoy it too.... Square was a solid 7

Very tasty sauce and cheese. Nice and tight without a lot of grease. Quality ingredients but could have been crispier. The crust was a little doughy but still good. Will try their Sicilian next!

Initial- first bite missing sauce and delicious, good news and onward Sauce- excellent, not sweet, a hint of spice Cheese- way above average, taste and texture subtle but not understated. Adds to the equation. Crust- actually tastes good, reasonable texture, good crisp Ratio- perfect Execution- near perfect Bo Jackson said, “Bo knows baseball.” This joint knows pizza. Travel worthy!

Good, but nothing special. Thin, which is good. Seemed a little chewy, but a decent slice.

Alright Frankie, this one was hard to judge. When we ordered they said, “see you in 10 minutes.” This place is easily one of the best places in south Bethlehem, however. There was certainly some substantial flop and what little sauce I could find didn’t have enough flavor. The redeeming quality is their crust which was excellent. It’s important to remark I will go back and the place has changed their name to Anna’s Brick Oven! They have really good Italian food if you’re looking for something else!

Good pizza here, crust was fantastic, sauce has great flavor. Cheese seemed to be a little skimpy. Pizza was also pretty greasy which could be an indication of the cheese.

This is a solid 7.7 ... you can't go wrong with this slice!
