Alright Frankie! This is what Annesso calls the Cacio é pepe. Not Dave’s style but great pizza! Little flop but crispy. Looks greasy but its actually olive oil. I’m gonna with an 8.6! Great flavor! Whoever gave this place an 6.8 probably thinks Me n Eds is the best pizza in the world… they’re wrong Frankie!

Looks pretty bougie and fancy from the outside and even more so inside. Had to order a regular cheese and a regular pepperoni because it was not on the menu. But 10 minutes later after we got our pizza I can say it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had. Asked for a little extra crisp, but it was well worth it. Dave if you’re ever in Central Cali definitely need to try it.

Unbelievable! What a great pie. Hands down one of my favorites, EVER. The fresh ingredients and the thin crust with a great crunch. Nothing in Fresno compares right now.
