Pizza Review
Recently, I concluded that it is my moral obligation and dedication to my pizza habit to review pizza joints that do not have any user photos of, well.... their pizza! As you can see Annetti's has a loyal following that really enjoys their pie. Hopefully this will help yelpers make better choices and drive more customers into these small local businesses. Anyway,I picked up the Brian Classic today (not an actual menu item) aka thin crust pepperoni and sausage thin crust. Immediate standout was the perfectly cooked crispy crust. It is flour-based and has a nice crunchy bottom and soft finish. They don't skimp on the ingredients here either. Every slice had both pepperoni, well-seasoned sausage, and generous amount of cheese. Sauce was subtle and blended well with the natural flavor of the meats. I got a tiny tiny hint of sweetness with the herbs. I couldn't put a finger on where it exactly was coming from, but it was a good flavor. I wish the sauce was just a little thicker, or maybe a little more on the pizza, but now I'm just getting nit-picky. This is solid spot with a good amount of food for the price. It is also quick and convenient whether ordering a full pizza, or their by-the-slice. Not necessarily a sit down; more of a walk up counter with a few tables in case you're stopping by on your lunch break and don't want to eat in your car. Overall, I am impressed and I will add Annetti's into my rotation.
