*Specifically ordered thin and crispy* Pie was doughy and had flop. Not crisp; maybe a little at the crust. At least the cheese and sauce were sturdy. Not being cooked as instructed really tanked their score.

Good football slice. Next to no flop. A little greasy but can still taste the cheese. Good sauce but would like a little more. Decent crust but not crispy enough.
