Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza & Wings

Really hard pizza to review. I really didn’t like any individual aspect of the pizza, it was too cheesy, sauce was heavy and the crust was unimpressive. But put all together and it was a pretty tasty pizza - 6.4

It ain’t New Haven CT coal fired , but it isn’t bad at all.

Only complaint was the big chunks of tomatoes in the sauce. Other than that, very solid pie!

This is a very good pizza that’s trying to be great. Great char flavor from the coal fired oven. Very good sauce and cheese but distributed quite unevenly which resulted in a big plop of tomato sauce dropping onto my car seat. Good enough that I’d come back but go out of my way too much to get it. That’s a review.

Ok Frankie... Not a a bad pie on the fly. This coal fired Pizza had a nice char, tangy sauce, with very little flop. The star of the game was the charred and crispy crust.

Should have listened to other reviews and ordered it well done but still pretty good.

Loved the coal fired style. The charring on the pie really takes the pizza to another level. Crisp in practically every bite, cheese was delicious, sauce also was very good. Not too strong but not too light either. No grease at all. Very impressed with this pizza place, even though it’s considered a “chain.” Would recommend.

Very good pizza. Sauce is good, right amount of crisp.

Meatball and Ricotta Pizza. Not my preferred style pizza, but very good nonetheless.
