Pizza Review
When you hear “coal fired pizza” you think of crispy dried out crust, but Anthony’s is not like that. They are able to keep the classic crunch on the edge but still offer perfectly cooked crust underneath. However due to the greasiness of the pizza and the thinness of the crust it didn’t hold well, it was floppy. The sauce was good, the taste wasn’t generic but overall it was a slightly bland. I ordered mine with veggies on it which was quite good when it wasn’t overpowered by the olives. There were too many olives compared to the other vegetables but when your bite had just the right amount of each it was amazing. The peppers on the pizza were a little odd and I ended up just picking them off but all in all it was a good pizza. Stay hungry my friends.
