Went to Anthony’s on the recommendation of a local friend. Ordered takeout while in the restaurant. Crust was crunchy on outside and soft on inside with charcoal on edges. The crust had some sort of seasoning on it that was quite tasty. Only issue with crust was it was oily. Slices had a flop, but topping were secure. Lots of tomato sauce. I often enjoy extra tomato sauce. The sauce tasted like pasta sauce to me. The tomato sauce does throw off the crust-sauce-cheese proportions if that matters to you. My fiancée described it as tasting like “thin crust Pizza Hut” (not a criticism). Overall great pie.
