Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza & Wings

When you have a secret weapon in this case it’s the coal fire oven you also have to know it’s weakness. Which is once it gets cold it’s not as good. Still a decent pizza. The star of the show and the best thing about this pizza is the sauce. It’s perfect. I feel the rest of the ingredients decreased in quality.

Something seems different about Anthonys pizza. Some new pizzas added and maybe change recipe. My previous ranking was 6.8 and I thought the crust was doughy and not flavorful. This pizza was a new variety and was pretty good to get it into 7’s and back on my local tour.

White pizza (plus) added: Italian sausage, meatballs, and Gorgonzola🤙🤌 Much better than their regular cheese pizza. Skip the red sauce get white pizza with the Add-ons

Elevated pizza found locally, would pair nicely with a glass of wine. 🍷🤪 Cheese slice— really crispy undercarriage and crust, strong sauce (a bit too much), and great cheese. Would definitely go back on a date night, but not your everyday pizza. 🍕

Nice restaurant. Good service. Pizza was tomato heavy. Tomato wasn’t bad but it overpowered everything else.

Under cooked. Sauce is weak. At “900 degrees” you’d think it would be a little crispy. Flop city.

Continues to get worse. Thick doughy goo. NOT “Well done”. Go to the other locations. Much better.

Good flop, crispy and a solid crust. Overall a 6.9, a fair score.
