Orlando struggles with pizza so I was hopeful that the “coal fired” and “well done” monikers would bring new life. Presentation was great. ZERO flop. Unfortunately, that was due to the dough being extra bready. Slight crunch but not what you would hope for from coal fired pizza. Cheese wasn’t great and the sauce dollops on top aren’t my thing. Not a destination spot but seemed popular. The wine prices by bottle were actually reasonable so that’s a plus.
