Pizza Review
This was a traditional pie and I added extra cheese to it...why? Because they use the absolute best mozzarella cheese which is Grande East coast blend. If you know anything about the pizza business you know that that is the best cheese and probably most expensive to purchase in this area. The whole peeled tomatoes that they use to fully prepare their sauce is unmatched in my opinion. And although a coal burning oven gives pizza dough the best flavor the sauce and cheese blend is what makes this an outstanding slice. I never mind eating at this place where ever they have a location and it is a little expensive for pizza but sometimes it’s well worth it. I could easily eat four slices because I cannot seem to stop after two.
