One bite everybody knows the rules… Toppings quality 9/10 Undercarriage of the crust 8/10 Sauce 7/10 not a bad sauce for you fruit cakes out there. Very little flop. The crusts was a little to chewy for me…it’s a pie not a jaw workout.

Structurally a good slice depending on the load of sauce given to it. These mozza slabs are a great textural contrast to the high-sauce build of the typical Margherita. Crust has a likable crunch, but takes work to kill. Overall the pizza is pretty light, but the sauce does carry a little more weight and tang than I normally prefer.

Alright Frankie, I got the 3 meat so not a True cheese pizza scale. But nonetheless, all around good pizza. Great sauce, good undercarriage and crispy crust. Just all around solid.
