Ordered well done, half plain, half pepperoni.
I’ve eaten well over 100 of these over the years. It’s just good pizza. There’s only one pie in a 5 mile radius that I prefer over Anthony’s but that one’s “square” so it’s not a true comparison.
The good:
This pie is extremely consistent.
It’s thin and always cooked through. The sauce/cheese/dough combo just works.
The bad:
It’s cooked in a conveyor oven so you’ll never get that crunch that you’ll find from brick or deck ovens but, you do get consistency.
All in all, this is a pie that’s a hit with everyone in the family.
