Anthony's Pizza & Pasta

This pizza is atrocious. For starters, the crust ratio at the end of the pie is very minimal. The texture of the crust on the bottom of the pie is soggy but crispy on the edges. It was soaked in grease and had a cardboard taste for flavor. No residual flour or anything. Just cardboard and grease. I still have agita from this stuff. I wish this pizza was at least good for the taste of it to stay in my mouth but I don’t even have the luxury of that. The cheese to sauce ratio is completely just cheese. The cheese is nothing special either. You can’t see where the sauce is but it’s under the cheese. When you bite into it, you can see the disgusting sauce cowering and clinching the cheese on the edge of your bite. Definitely was not made with love. I hope the owner of this place at least loves his wife because he definitely doesn’t love his pizza. Maybe he’s just a really good guy and dedicates the entirety of his love to his wife and kids and is an incredible husband and father. I will give the man the benefit of the doubt for that one. If I had to rate the man based on my predictions, I’d give him a 9.6 because everybody loves a good family man.
