0 flop, nice crisp. Super greasy. Great, local football pizza. A south broad street staple.

Eye test- not great Ratio- too cheesy Cheese- not great for a cheese bomb. Average chew and the taste is pretty strong, with no balance coming from sauce Sauce- hard pressed to find the flavor Crust- nothing special about the taste or crisp Haydn said, “Great music mixes passion, tempo, chord structure and instruments from notes to music that moves the soul” This is no Haydn. Standard neighborhood nonsense.

Pizza Backlog 5 | 05/13/2021 | Trenton, NJ is the pizza capital of the world, in my book. So even its lower-tier options are still good. That’s how I classify Anthony’s. It’s not outstanding, but it’s above average—above average sauce, above average cheese, above average dough. For what its worth, I think their Sicilian is superior. Let’s go 7.9 on that.

Very good football pizza! Thin and crisp just the way I like it. Cheese and sauce both very fresh and solid flavor. Great everyday pizza. They said they are known for their Brooklyn and that was very good. Same crisp but a lot more flavor! 8.3 on that one

Very good slice. No flop. Just a good overall football pizza

What a nice slice! The crust was very dough, but sauce and cheese were tight. Also had a chicken parm slice which was a 7.2.
