Brand new pizza joint in Cheshire. Lived here for 3 years now and we have yet to find that New Haven style pizza. The plain cheese pizza had a great crunchy crust, i wish the rest of the pizza was more well done. I like a real crisp crunch. The sauce was a little tangy, but other than that it wasn’t a bad pizza. The eggplant & ricotta half was very good, eggplant was perfectly fried & large amount of ricotta! Well done Anthony’s! I will be back.

Got the Californian and it was special. The house Ancho Chipotle sauce gave a subtle kiss of heat. Loved the pizza. 7.2

Great flavor, Broccoli:Chicken ratio is spot on. Just a tad heavy with oil/grease. Light flop, which is expected with a white pie. Crust has a light crisp, and not doughy at all.
