Another reminder that the Margherita is not my favorite style of pizza. Even if cooked in a wood fired oven. Kudos for making your own motz, but I should have tried the version with Buffalo motz. Crust was okay but major flop with the cheese dropping off. Just didn’t do it for me. Sauce did not stand out and all. And if you are going to do a margherita, three leaves of basil doesn’t cut it. Rats, I was really in the mood for pizza, but this was disappointing.

Great sauce, cheese and char but needed crispier crust. Obvious quality ingredients. Should have asked for well done.

Crusty was great. Good chew to it. Sauce was too thin and not enough flavor. Cheese was basic and not melted enough.

Second time visiting. Rated pizza 7.9 on the first visit and felt that it was even better the second time around. Excellent pizza and a must try when in Moab.

Pizza was good, neopolitan style. Fire grilled so good flavor but very floppy

This was by far the best pizza I’ve had in Utah. You can taste the freshness of every single ingredient from the mozzarella to the sauce crust. Highly recommend.

Solid pizza. Great flavor. Could use not sauce. Cheese is very good. If it were crispier, it would be over a 9.0. I bet it’s the best pizza in Moab; haven’t tried the others, but this was excellent!

Good slice. The ingredients are fantastic and the crust is cooked well near the edges. The lack of sauce and the flop in the middle of the pie are what brings this into the 7s versus the 8s.

No flop, better crust than last time, the pepperoni is a winner! Good pizza

Quality pizza. Good crust and cheese, but the sauce didn’t wow me. The basic pizza is solid, but if you’re looking for an even better experience I highly recommend the specialty pizzas (Margherita, La Nona, Pizza Primavera, etc.). Best pizza I’ve had in Moab so far.
